Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Shellway (the "Service"), available at getshellway.com. Shellway is operated by Sandeep Kumar Saini, a sole proprietor based in India ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Shellway lets AI assistants that you authorise (such as ChatGPT or Claude) send requests to a computer on which you have installed the Shellway app, and returns the results to the assistant. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free plan.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and on devices you pair with it.

3. Your computer and your commands

You decide which devices to pair, which folders to allow and which AI apps to connect. Actions requested by an AI assistant you have connected are treated as actions you authorised. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions you grant and for backing up your data. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by commands you or your connected AI assistant run on your computer.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to access computers you do not own or are not authorised to use, to distribute malware, to send spam, to mine cryptocurrency on our infrastructure, to break any law, or to interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, payment and renewal

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email. Indian prices exclude GST where applicable.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. On closure, we delete your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
